There’s no account, no analytics and no server of ours. Everything you log is stored on your device and in your own private iCloud, and it’s shared only with the people you invite. We never see it.

Good to know
Is it really free?
Yes. Every feature is free, with no ads and no subscription. There’s an optional tip jar if you’d like to support development, and tipping unlocks nothing extra.
Do I need an account?
No. KidBase opens straight into the app. Your data syncs across your own devices through the iCloud account you’re already signed into.
How does sharing with my partner work?
You invite them to a specific child from Family Sharing. Both of you need to be signed in to iCloud and have KidBase installed. After they accept, you both see and edit the same records. You can stop sharing at any time.
Can I track more than one child?
Yes. Add as many children as you like and switch between them from the home screen. Each child can be shared separately.
Is KidBase medical advice?
No. KidBase is a record-keeping tool. Predictions, growth percentiles and insights are for general information only. Always talk to your pediatrician about your child’s health.
What do I need to run it?
An iPhone or iPad running iOS 18 or later. Voice logging works on any supported device. AI insights need a device with Apple Intelligence.
