Nothing. Wedding Planner Pro Ai has no account system, no analytics, no advertising identifiers, and no crash-reporting service. We do not operate a server that your planning data is sent to, because there isn't one.
Your guest list, budget, vendors, contracts, photos, seating plan and schedule are stored in a private database inside the app on your device. That storage is covered by your device passcode and encryption.
Deleting the app deletes this data. If your device backs up to iCloud or a computer, the app's data is included in that backup under your own Apple Account — that backup is between you and Apple, and we have no access to it. The app does not currently sync your plans between devices.
You can export a full backup file at any time from Settings → Backup & Restore. Where that file goes — Files, iCloud Drive, email — is entirely your choice, and it never passes through us at any point. If you send it to a partner, they restore it from the Welcome screen when they first open the app; that transfer is between the two of you and whatever you used to send the file.
The contract scanner works entirely on your device. Text is read from your photo using Apple's Vision framework, and the details are extracted using Apple's on-device Foundation Models framework together with local text matching. Your contract, and the text within it, is never uploaded — not to us, and not to any third-party AI provider.
The app asks for photo access only when you choose a picture to scan. Images you select are processed on device and, if you save them, stored in the app's own local database. The app does not read your photo library in the background.
The music manager can search the Apple Music catalogue. If you use it, the words you type are sent to Apple to return results, and this is handled under Apple's privacy policy. This is the only feature in the app that contacts an outside service, it only runs when you tap Search, and you can decline access and still add songs by hand.
This app is intended for adults planning a wedding. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, of any age, because we do not collect information at all.
If a future version of the app changes how data is handled — for example by adding optional syncing between your devices — this policy will be updated before that version ships, and the change will be described in the app's release notes.
